Creating Your Return or Exchange
You'll need your order number and your zip code handy to request your return. Just head to our easy to use returns portal and follow the steps and we will get your refund, exchange or credit to you as soon as we can safely see your return is on its way. Visit our Return and Exchange portal here.

Your Boody Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with one of our products at the time you receive it, or if one of our products does not perform to your satisfaction, you may return it to us within 30 days for replacement, exchange or a refund (excludes women's and men's underwear and women's bodysuits for hygiene reasons).

Returns and Exchange Policy
We take every measure to ensure that our production standards are both ethical and quality assured. We know you're going to love your Boody but if for any reason you have any issues, please lodge a return by completing the web form below.

You can return any item (except Final Sale items, Underwear and ladies Bodysuits - Bras do not classify as Underwear) within 30 days of purchase if the item is unused and in its original condition and packaging. For hygiene reasons it is against the law to exchange or refund underwear/bodysuits, except in the case of a faulty garment, in which case we will organise an immediate replacement sent to you free of charge. Items marked as Final Sale (subject to the Australian Consumer Law) cannot be exchanged or returned, unless faulty. Items purchased at "brick and mortar" retailers should be returned to the store where the purchase was made.

Boody is most accommodating in terms of sizing but please check our size guide on the product page prior to purchase and if you are unsure, feel free to contact us and our team will happily assist you. We will replace incorrect sizing if the garment is untarnished and in its original packaging.

All returns/exchanges enquiries will be responded to by our Customer Happiness team using the below request form. In the event you have incorrectly ordered products/sizes we will gladly assist - just get in touch!

The cost of returning the item(s) by post is at the expense of the customer, unless faulty. Products sadly cannot be returned/exchanged at one of our stockist locations nor can we accept returns/exchanges for products purchased through one of our stockists. The shipping costs on orders under our free shipping threshold are non refundable.
